My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had a fabulous wide and comfortable double bed, a desk, a flat-screen wall TV, and a balcony, perfect for enjoying a drink. However, the noise from the restaurant below kept me awake, and the room was smaller than expected. The staff didn't effectively handle a noise complaint, but the location was perfect, beside Richmond Park and a short walk to the town center. The dining experience was enjoyable, with diverse fish dishes, but having roasted muesli and vegetarian options included in the room rate made it a bit pricey.
